Reformed by Lagree™’s mission is to provide a unique workout experience, constantly evolving and challenging using the HILIIT -High Intensity Low Impact Interval Training method and the M3K Megaformer.

We are looking for a CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE to join our team! As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to our Reformed Lagree clients, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional white glove experience! We are seeking to hire both Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Attitude is everything! You must be extremely FUN and willing to grow and be a part of a ground breaking company. We provide excellent pay and benefits to our employees!

Duties required:

  • Customer Service/Front Desk Activities
  • Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and doing your best to make members feel comfortable and welcomed!
  • Must be knowledgeable of fitness industry and services provided to our clients
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  • Check members in, tour studio and sign up new members, log amenities and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point of sale system.
  • Member Accounts:
  • Utilize POS system to assist with new membership cards, change of address and billing or payment questions.
  • Studio Cleanliness and Maintenance:
  • Go above and beyond to keep the front desk area and entire studio clean and orderly
  • Regular cleaning of all exercise equipment
  • Regular restroom and wet area cleaning and stocking
  • Willing to travel and attend specialty events on behalf of the company. As a part of the Brand Ambassador position, you will be required to promote the brand, attend networking events and host special events.


  • 2 years of Customer Service experience is preferred; Social media savvy is also a must
  • Must be 18 years of age or older with High school/GED diploma
  • Excellent oral and written skills are required
  • Punctuality and reliability is a MUST
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the members’ expectations.
